Thank you for choosing Areen Pack for your packing material needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility:

Only items purchased directly from Areen pack's e-commerce website are eligible for returns.

The return must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at helpdesk@areenpack.com Provide them with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and in unused condition. We may not accept returns if the items show signs of use or damage.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned items and confirm their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.

If you prefer a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We may request visual proof (photographs) of the damaged or defective item(s) for verification purposes.

If the item(s) are confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Used or opened items.
  • Items without original packaging.

Non-Refundable Services:

Services such as packaging consultations, custom packaging design, or shipping fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
